So those that wanted to sell for the past 3 months are now OUT.... Now those that wanted to buy or are starting to and they are getting shares under a half a penny. One bit of positive news (which there will be )and boom we make a run. Todays news is not as bad as many think. Its all about safety issues and that will be addressed.
