"LOL!!! ALPS is to blame" Yep. Stock price manipulation.

L2 education 101: ALPS may show 10,000 on the ASK (as they often do here in GRNH), but be selling or shorting many, many, many more shares than that. As can be seen when the ASK is slapped with 10,000+ share buy orders multiple times and the ALPS 10,000 ASK remains.

I have created a data logger that monitors such action. Great thing about being a former investigator. I have access to people and products that can help create systems to monitor these scam market makers such as Alpine Securities, as well as the individuals working for them.

I'm working to help prevent these corrupt market makers from scamming traders. Opinions are irrelevant.
