Just a guess at what may be driving the share price up. The election.
New Jersey to vote on recreational marijuana throughout the state of New Jersey. Response is said to be overwhelming positive for this to be passed.

Since this outfit is located in Delaware I suspect the commercialization of marijuana could be a boon to this stock in particular.

Will see. Anyone else with any insight?
