I’m hopeful that if that’s the case the merger won’t result in fewer shares and less value.

I have a stock that recently went through a reverse split from penny stock to nasdaq. Had a decent profit before split but now in the red with about 5000 less shares.

I’m holding it because I believe in the company and they are making significant progress and now have institutional investors on board. Just a lot of manipulation right now.

I still think it will get to my target price, but target price x 1000 shares vs target price x 6000 shares is a whole lot less return.
