Where does the company get shares to continue operations since option 2 failed as not enough votes were passed for there to be a quorum.

Option 1 the RS was defeated.

Almost 80 million shares less were cast for option 2...go figure that one out.

People better wake up..this isn't good news.

Did anyone read and understand the 8k?

More than 302 million cast for option 1..a quorum and defeated
228,304,558 cast for option 2...not a quorum..motion is defeated!

It clearly says only option 3 will have an impact....no quorum required.
