Chinese change of control back in August, one of the lower floats I've ever seen, only 15K share unrestricted.

Have not been able to figure out exactly what could be merging in, got a couple possibilities, but not sure. This would be the closest match with phone number and address, Yinghong Media (Beijing) Co., Ltd, but not sure. However, I also see a couple other companies connected to a Dr. Cui Jianzhong using that phone number, like Beijing Yinghong Everbright Technology Co., Ltd. so it's hard to say. May have to wait until a name change to know for sure.
