$SIPN nice buying opportunity with a large block available at .017 on the ask. I’d grab some, but don’t have any funds available. I already own a small amount. Float is tiny, at under 10 million. While reviewing the most recent Quarterly (link below), I noticed the float and number of shareholders is highlighted. Not insinuating it means anything, simply something I haven’t seen before.
