I find that hard to believe that no shares were diluted. Seems like daily 10-15 million go off at the bid while bid has continually refilled (entities accumulating)..

Maybe debts were settled with large tranches that got this to 3.5B vs 300 mil less than a year ago... and those tranches are whittled off.

Could be shorting in advance too of RM/restructure...

They have kept up with filings so could hear updates soon.

Could be dormant too. Risk v Reward..
