Hunter my wife is dissecting this right now, but states I need to sign the proxy.com docs as a formality. Will read them again. We have legal team representing Shareholders' now as far as AHEC group, so to my understanding, this doc clears JCP from any liabilities regarding what may come from decisions of the C11 Judge referring to this entire case, and what Shareholders receive through the AHEC dealing direct in this case now...
