I don't know all of the details except what I find online, however here is another piece of the puzzle that adds to the point that the bottling plant is worth at least a couple of million dollars and more than just $800,000. In addition to purchasing the North Cove building from the previous company, it appears this also includes a $1.35 million purchase of Mammoth Ventures with another tie directly to the bottling plant as well.

I have included both links below of the SEC documents I have currently found that help provide a valuation of the bottling plant at the time of at least a couple of million dollars.
