Exactly. This case has gone long enough and the courts probably don’t mind clearing it from the docket completely. Dismissed with prejudice because plaintiff was satisfied and they don’t want to deal with his crap again. Remember that plaintiff’s counsel was found colluding with the defense? Defense got busted lying to the court a few months ago? The court wants this over forever but could only have that after a) trial or b) settlement.
