I have been reading the posts for a long time and the consensus is that there is no line of communication with the company. Has anyone ever tried to contact the company to discuss your concerns? I checked their website and what I found was they do not hide their location as the address is readily available. I also saw a phone number that did not indicate that it was "unlisted" and further....provided email addresses. Seems therefore there are several ways to communicate with this company if one truly wanted to. It would be so nice to get information that came right from the horse's mouth rather than listening to falsehoods.
