You misread the initial press release. I've explained this before but you appear to have rejected the explanation.
The proper way to read this....
"Confirmation of the meeting being granted by FDA, with return of written responses, has been received."
....is that IPIX received confirmation that the meeting had been granted and that the FDA would provide written responses in conjunction with (aka AT) the meeting.
It does not say that IPIX received written responses.

The Company announced today that it had received the written responses.

"As you’ve pointed out, they’ve reported receiving written responses twice now."
I didn't point that out, I merely copied the Company's sloppy language from the 10/2 press release. At no point did I suggest that they received written responses to the meeting request on 10/2. You did that.
