Looks like Gary A Jones board member passed away.

Didn't know that he was managing director of " a wholly-owned subsidiary" of Andrea Electronics..... very interesting

Mr. Gary A. Jones is an Independent Director of the Company. He has served as President of Digital Technologies, Inc., since 1994 and was Chief Engineer at Allied Signal Ocean Systems from 1987 to 1994. From March 1998 to December 2000, Mr. Jones was the Managing Director of Andrea Digital Technologies, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Andrea Electronics Corporation. Mr. Jones’s extensive experience in the software and communications industry affords the Board valuable insight regarding the business and operation of the Company. In addition, Mr. Jones was the Managing Director of a wholly-owned subsidiary of Andrea Electronics, which has given him knowledge of all aspects of the Company’s business and history.
