The CEO,COO and Company are holding 56% of the Commons
The volume since the 29th of October when the case was SETTLED out of court HAS NOT been consistent with a share selloff
It would be pretty ridiculous for the Company to fight the defendants in court for almost 11 years and settle out of court a week before trial for anything less than a staggering amount
The Defendants made Multiple Billions (Estimates say $40 Billion+ in profits).....Im sure the Company wanted a fair share of that
Its all speculation until the Company releases the settlement info but I would be absolutely shocked if the settlement was for less than $10k /share after legal fees and expenses
The Average lifespan of a "PINK" CEO is 2 Reverse Splits
Then talks of a Reverse Merger or Buyout fly and a new CEO is named so he too can take all your Hopium cash
