It will be when the BIG BOD files the paperwork. I rpobably has to be filtered through the CIA to decifer code or they sent it in a truck with one of their Top Secret truck seals or fancy smancy security tapes.

It will be as bad as it was voted on "by overwhelming shareholders support" to be 500-1. How much worse do you want it to be?
