That may be good news if true, but I could not find any announcement/news regarding this. Would you mind posting a link with evidence that this is happening?

The only announcement I have seen is the PLS deal and Altura’s attempt to continue doing the capital raise with help from Cannacord and Azure (no luck so far). I have also read rumors of possible bids by Gangfeng, Shan Shan and Galaxy but no formal announcement yet. It would be nice to get a new bid offer better than PLS’ offer, but it needs to happen soon because KM, who controls the process, seems to clearly favor PLS. A lawsuit may help slow down KM.
