At 18 the dividend yield is 6.00%. Maybe people prefer their bank paying them .05%.

The earnings report and conference call were both very bullish, IMO. Nothing is guaranteed but I expect them to increase the dividend in 2021.

To me MPW is a gift under $18. Irrelevant on the election or whatever healthcare plan is in place. Any additional deterioration in the stock price is a buying opportunity.
