Mets, I said “any messages conforming to the Ihub rules should NOT be deleted”, so we both agree.
The bigger point I was trying to make is that this message board is an excellent source of information and not to keep a record of both good and bad posts is a disservice to others seeking the facts.
If a post is found fraudulent, then it should be pointed out to the board and sent to the proper authorities for prosecution.
Just as in the post of the Banif buyout rumor, it only took me a few minutes on RB to find another similar post to prove the rumor false and which I posted here.
If that RB post would have been deleted, which it now has been, it would have been more difficult and time consuming to prove.
