Nothing says SCOTUS has to wait until June to rule. June is the latest they're expected to rule. IMO, this high profile case has been on radar a year in advance so we'll get a ruling sooner rather than later as the decisions/opinions have already been made for the most part. There's really no new material facts coming to the table that I'm aware of although we might be surprised before it's over
