So I ask everyone here to Please Read the article you linked.

The article is a Study in Contradictions...
First he says mREITs are bad and returns are 0.4% over 15 years. No indication on Methodology used to generate these returns.... BUT Even taking his chart at 1 and 5 and 10 years Returns are same or better than REITs which are supposedly better. At 5 years 15% return...WOW for mREITs using HIS OWN chart :)

Second he says most important is managment and TRUE that CEO Bob Cauley is a great CEO with a great Team.

Sorry any careful analysis of that article shows contradiction and selective conclusions.

I think everyone should be careful, buy lows, dollar cost average and monitor managment and listen to conference call...it is called work of investing.
