I can't disagree with that.....


Here is what I can tell you....as it clearly states in the transcripts...

#1. ALL Claims on Theft, Stolen technology etc etc etc was dismissed. Summary Judgment GRANTED to the defendants.

#2. The verbiage case settled. If some form of settlement was achieved....we can logically assume that since there were 2 lawsuits......this leaves ONLY the DUTRO case which was and has been a contract dispute over SECI owing them $$ for services rendered.

All interest is due under the terms of the various agreements. However future interest payments will not be made until all pending litigation is resolved and a satisfactory revised payment arrangement is completed by all parties.
