OTC is 9 years outdated on RCMH...numbers are worthless. XMET had same problem, turned out they had Billions of shares sold past AS..

Looks like a lot of front loading for a pump & dump campaign took place a 2 weeks ago too...185 mil in one day also suggest OTC numbers are BS.
