E-Trade "shows" that I have my divis but after asking them in writing if they got the "actual certs" from the DTCC they answered that they have not yet received them from the DTCC. I ask them at least once a day and I am getting the same old answers. "we will put in a request, please allow 3 days for a reply, yada yada". They NEVER follow up.
