I feel it will be a one-time dividend as well. I can't see $SECI continuing with this ticker after the pay-out, unless there will be on-going royalties and/or a new on-going business for the company..

Nothing about the OTC is real unless its in an official PR or an 8k signed off by the Management of the company involved


My "Concept Speech" is what "I" want to come out as an official PR


Im hoping the settlement was an ALL CASH transaction and a dividend will be Managements course of action
