Consider This: I highly doubt it would be that high. I would estimate anywhere between 300,000,000. and 750,000,000. Just my opionion.

Its not easy for companies to just cough up 1 Billion Dollars... also consider a large part of this settlement will not only be a monitory settlement but also revenues of millions of dollars a year in Royalties. SECI may be moving to Nasdaq soon. IMO
