They will be going current, and that's not true. His last PR was just the intention of merging his other companies.

The new PR can say he has executed that intent and therefore the OS increase. Additionally, the Q3 numbers due this month (November) will include the revenues from the new acquisitions.

Only way to find out is when this go current this week to see how the market reacts.
