Paul Moody, found DD from i_like_bb_stock. Was looking at AWGI due to the major volume on Friday. Saw this reported here as a custodian play involving Moody and found this info. Looks like he is the reason for AWGI trading over a 1/2 billion - 535,019,683 shares yesterday. Also, looks like he had a hand in IALS and KAVL that were PPS movers.

- JTD Holding Co. is working with PEM LLC
PEM LLC consists of Jeffrey DeNunzio,Thomas DeNunzio and Paul Moody
on 8/4: Custodianship was granted

- The company was then reinstated on NV SOS site:

- on 8/13: Paul Moody was made the sole officer of Quest Corporation

- PEM LLC (Paul Moody) doesn't do custodianships often, the last one they did was UCRP (USSE Inc.) which is now KAVL Kaival Brands Innovations Group Inc. (which went from subpenny to over a dollar)
