m_m007, respectfully, why I see that thought differently...

Respectfully, I see that thought very differently regarding the CEO of GRST. You said... "Incredible how the CEO allowed this to happen on the best time for the company."

First, the best times have yet to come in my opinion. We are not even close to the best times that I believe will be coming here with GRST.

Based on what I have learned doing some research, he would of had to never gone current with filing their financials to be able to block them from selling. Those shares being sold into the market are not new shares and was basically legacy debt which is the overhang from the noteholder that had gotten shares back in March 2020 (mixed in with some retail sellers being spooked that were selling too). The dilution ceased after that time frame in June 2020. So once they recently had became current, they were able to get their shares deposited to be sold to where no brokerage company would have accepted them while GRST was not current with their filings/financials.

After doing some further research, I believe that they are about done with that selling. So in my opinion, we weathered the storm. It had to happen to be gotten out of the way. I think he made the right decision to go current to move forward to go current and not worry about them selling. Heck, it's their lack of gains selling down here. I've been in a few stocks that have gone through this and recovered very nicely. GRST is positioned very well to recover very nicely too in my opinion.
