So what are the chances that it gets His attention.. otherwise it is just another report? Not trying to diminish it.

Easy Question to Answer:

1) TOTALLY CORRUPT JUDGE will ignore plan

2) TOTALLY COMPETENT JUDGE will order a restructuring so ALL Stakeholders are able to receive a (ROI) Return On Investment

3) This is really not even a hard decision UNLESS one is CORRUPT
