Hi bbotcs, I understand your view. And I understand many Trump supporters like you and Al, look past his extreme behavior. I can't. Nor can many many other people who are moderate conservative. Its driving them nuts.
I saw first hand what was happening in 2012 with the voting machines in Central Maryland.
Yeah dont even get me started on that one. I voted - asked for my receipt (paper proof of who i voted for) and they said there isnt one. I was stunned. But regarding voting fraud, you have to think in numbers - what percent of the vote can be messed with? 1% ? 2% ? And remember - president isnt the only item on the ballot. So local officials have an interest in correctly counting all ballots. I'm expecting Biden to get 270 electoral votes in states where the margin is currently 5% or more. So claims of voting fraud, real or imagined, won't matter.
As for the devil you know ...... well that would have been a reason to vote for Hillary Clinton.
I've posted here that the pandemic response team was doing fine in Feb and March. And people claiming there's no national strategy - they're idiots. You dont need a national strategy to know to wear a mask or a seatbelt. But getting the vaccine out 3 times faster than its ever been done before - now THAT'S a strategy. Notice how CNN never points that out.
But after March - dismissing mask wearing - somehow letting the extreme right wing turning it into a ideological/political issue .... and all the other unhelpful stuff he said and keeps saying - I have an issue with that.
And then there's the little issue of him energizing a militant and ready to start shooting right wing.
And on a final note - can we get the Maryland governor term limits lifted ? I'd vote for Governor Hogan again.
