Hey Al - and here's what that means: so imagine you're 30ish, like my kids are, and imagine ever since you were in jr high school, the last 20 year have been all you've known.

I'd say once a month I say to my kids "On behalf of all baby boomers everywhere, I sincerely apologize for the past 20 years". lol

After graduating from college (with B.S. degrees) Instead of multiple companies wanting to hire them, the economy was melting down due to the real estate bubble collapse. 8 years later when they finally getting career traction - coronavirus.

And of course gross income inequality and social unrest.

Their coming of age/ early adulthood was nothing like ours was in the 80s and 90s.
