At todays pps they are basically printing over 6 billion shares to buy
NetCapital

... the valuation is very suspect given the close relationship between the
concerns principals, and the questionable revenue of NetCapital

I see this as a 6 Billion share dilution for a company that has an
AS of 900 million.

What would Netcapital have to show in the way of cash revenue to justify
this action?
