Not arguing anything you've stated here, but there is more to this stock than just those tidbits of information.

Fundamentals.

And we all know fundamentals often don't play too much (if any) with most flippable OTC stocks.. with this one it's different.

There is A LOT going on behind the scene showing the likelihood that this stock will flourish one day.. or so we hope. This is where plenty of DD would come into play to educate oneself on the possibilities of the real fundamentals that abound here. But of course, most who are primarily interested in flipping for quick profit will not bother with that. I'm usually one of those flippers... but this one caught my interest, and my DD is what triggered that to show it's true potential.

So, your skepticism and criticism of the stock are freely yours to do... but understand there is a flip side to that coin. And all the argument to the contrary doesn't change that.

it's understood this ticker will go through much of what many OTC's go through with dilution, manipulation of profit taking where it can be done.. that's par for the course.

This stock has plenty of potential, and they are taking the steps to make that potential a realization. There is no doubt about that.

But I wish you the best of luck to you not matter how you feel or trade.
