$TTCS Rereading the annual reports, I noticed the public float increased from 2,437,835 to 5,939,867 as of October 8, 2020. Authorized and outstanding remain the same. I couldn’t find any information on the issuance, but seem to recall this happening to other Lazar entities just prior to sale. Thoughts?
