No idea have not looked into it at all, but would not touch that with a 10ft pole at those prices, they could turn around and issue 400M or 450M shares and then your SOL.....been burnt with that scenario too many times.

Once in a great awhile, a Chinese stock like this can run after a HUGE share issuance raising the o/s, but 9 times out of 10, they are insanely illiquid, needs foreign buyers to move them. US investors don't typically touch OTC tickers with large outstanding shares, unless they are cheap.
