Tautachrome Inc (TTCM)

It is a non-starter so in the grand scheme of TTCM, it means nothing. I approached my research on TTCM from the perspective of regulations, potential breaches of those regulations, whether or not the company meets its obligations as an issuer of securities and what that may mean to an investor.

Yes I know, I am an idealist but I also know many well-meaning TTCM investors striving to improve their lot in life just a bit, leaving a small legacy for their children or those close to them, if they are taken advantage of and if it all unraveled they are mocked for being trusting and blamed for not conducting due diligence or looking outside what is posted here. Their trust is betrayed.

I see no cause for alarm on TTCM, and those investing in a new product, and whether or not that new product will come to be accepted in the market place are risks associated with such an investment. I cannot get inside the heads of Jon or David nor do I want to. What they are rquired to do, meaning anyone issuing securities must abide by required levels of disclosure is what I look at.
