Then the Form 4 which posted now just announced an increase of common share ownership (via the public offering) to 674,999,986 for PXP.

That means o/s has increased by at least approximately 450,000,000 but that 2/3 of a billion common shares are now insider shares. That's pretty encouraging re: dilution potential. It also gives us insight into how small the float is here, proportionally speaking.

PXP is clearly betting big on these drilling targets; there's no way they'd be moving in this completely if this wasn't about to be a big win.
