I agree with 90 percent of what you said. My guess is that Rontan just spent about $30,000 on the recent motions. They probably also paid a retainer of $50,000 - $100,000 to even retain counsel. Therefore, I fully expect them to ask the court for a continuance which may be denied. Therefore, they will show and vigorously defend against the claim for damages and the Bolzans will lose. It is obvious that GDSI is setting up the Bolzans for a legal mess unless they settle. If the Bolzans moved their stock, they will be surprised when they are hit with a fraudulent conveyance lawsuit which they will be forced to defend. Therefore, GDSI may get significant damages and also file another lawsuit against the Bolzans for fraudulent conveyance. The Bolzans are not smart enough to defend the trap that Isaacson and BSF has laid down. I see a second fraudulent conveyance lawsuit being formed now which the naysayers have never seen coming. Bill Isaacson and BSF are the best of the best attorneys and the Bolzans have never quite realized that.
