Please read to understand timetable for motion coming up (to help with share cancelation)

She already gave 30 days, but can still give another 30. I am hoping and thinking we will have Judge to sign off on the order on Nov 6th.

Notes from 9/25 date (minute order no hearing held)

Matter ADVANCED from the September 25, 2020 chambers calendar. Court notes motion set for November 6, 2020. 11-6-20 CHAMBERS MOTION TO REQUIRE PROOFS OF CLAIM CLERK'S NOTE: A copy of this minute order was distributed via electronic mail. / dr 9-24-20

(so from September 25th the matter of claims advanced... then Nov 6... so 50/50 we get share cancelation in November OR updates/forms then share cancelation in December during 4th or 11th hearing.

We may get order on Nov 6 if no opposition provides proofs of claim countering DL's claims against the invalid shares... or within 30 days on December 4th or 11th.
