Unless someone took an extensive amount of time to write a fake PDF, pretty much confirmed. It wouldn't make sense for it to be fake though, the person who had paid access to the court system (where we got the PDF from) was initially just saying the trial was cancelled and that he wished the best for everyone. It was only later when another user dug through the PDF that said user sent to them, and found the cancellation stuff.

Speaking of, anyone got a direct copy of that second PDF (not the one just mentioning "dismissed with prejudice" but the one that actually mentioned the settlement happening)
