Day 1 Jan 2, 2007 I left off one by mistake (good thing too because the diet/exercise was easier). Personal Goals: 1. Exercise daily (at least 30 minutes) - 45 minutes (30 minute bike and 15 minutes... situps/crunches/bench presses 2. Drink more water - 72 ounces 3. Diet - consume less than 1500 cal a day - 884 4. Complete a project - 2 hrs crocheting (working on blanket) 5. Read more - Read 1 biotech DD and another health article (both courtesy of the wonderful DewDiligence :) 6. Reduce # of diet cokes until zero - only 1 today 7. Spend less/save more - no spending all day 8. Have more patience with children - check 9. Work on family - no arguements (yet lol) 10. Bring up GPA (n/a class starts next week) 11. Stop cursing - cursed 3 times today but caught myself each time.
