I suspect the merger you're talking about is the "disputed" AllInSports merger/acquisition which seemed to have enough problematic issues that it warranted its own press release.
Honestly, it's nearing 5 months since the NASD application PR, and while you have to think it's close [especially with the looming Dec time frame they placed on uplisting, with regards to warrant pricings] It has not been a good look here for a bit. The volume is low, the interest is low, the cash flow through the tickers are low. And really at this point with all the things going on the broad markets are buckling under pressure.
Maybe your advice to exit will be prophetic in time, this really needs something significant to happen here.
