I hope the FA's, CFO's, and a recalibration to ACTUAL LOSSES from the GFC versus Accouting losses, convinces him to lower this draconian amount of capital!

Of course Jerome, SM, and other government officials want them to have more and not less capital, he needs to justify WHY a monoline insurance company needs to hold International Commercial Bank like capital, when these two entities have been granted a special charter to help Americans make home possible.
