I don’t see the 4-million on the balance sheet. Maybe you had to do it that way and give crazy discounts to covert the stock. If you have good intentions with this - I for one would like to see focus on selling water. I think the hype promoters you’re being recommended are expense (but maybe necessary) to make your deal work.

No sales hurts your deal - no cash hurts your deal. These promoters taunting China and mergers hurts your deal. That’s just my opinion.
