They have 14 months to buy back $5 million worth of stock. Plus they don't have to tell us when they are doing it. They just have to tell us when it is complete and that will probably be Dec 31, 2021. So don't count on them starting a rally in the market. The bottom might rise up some because the more shares they can buy the more the market will fluctuate.
