Welcome to our Emerald Health Pharmaceuticals (“EHP”) 3rd Quarter investor update.
Since our last (Q2) update, I am pleased to report that we continue to advance our Phase 2 clinical trial of EHP-101 for the treatment of systemic sclerosis (“SSc”) and are preparing for the initiation of our EHP-101 multiple sclerosis (“MS”) Phase 2 clinical trial.
In addition to our operational progress, we have also been very successful in our financing activities, having reached almost $50M of investment commitments through our Regulation A (“Reg A”) offering since we started it in 2019. These investments have and will continue to allow us to advance our science and clinical studies. So, for those of you who have invested, we thank you very much for your support. We will be closing this round on or before October 30th since our Reg A offering has a maximum of $50M (as per SEC rules). Regarding our other operational activities and plans, we remain on track to continue producing the results that can increase the value of our company.
