AA...we actually have those JV's in place. Deals made with no up front cash needed. Full ride to the gushers. I won't, however, be surprised to see new control headed up by a US oil company. Seems W. Africa waters are going to be kept busy for some time. Wow...that was 3 years ago you first mentioned the importance of a solid JV or two. Its been a long haul for sure.
