lol, that is a ridiculous Answer.
The SEC never proved it was a scam. They only suspended the stock due to wording on the first PR.

The second PR had the same wording that the manufacturer has describing the product RBII is using. Some DD would have showed that. Which the SEC did not take the time to do and that is blatantly obvious when you read their response. lol, they did not even proof read their statement before publishing it.

In regards to the sign and the so called fake building. I could care less about the sign. now about the fake building as it was stated. The EPA gave a registration number to it. So I guess now the EPA is in on the scam????
