Great call! Sinacori is such a beast! Just casually throwing million dollar deals out there hahaha. They own 4 condos worth 500k each just waiting to sell, a house for 800k just waiting. This Toll brothers contract for 5.8m is 129 lots, I think he said some of contracts that are closing in 2021 were for 300 and 600 count lots. Hmmm thinking we're talking more than 5.8 on EACH one, maybe A LOT more.....

People, you will feel like an idiot when this explodes north of 5 cents and doesn't do the typical OTC drop after, because this movement will be self sustainable based on revenues and is completely non hyped.
